Today, Prime Minister Rama introduced the candidate for MP in Shkodra, Edona Bilali.
"Shkodra is my love", begins the speech of the SP candidate in this city. She says that her fellow citizens feel unrepresented and has undertaken this challenge. Mentioning that Shkodra is one of the most special cities in Europe with mountains, sea, river and lake, Bilali shows that he has the objective to multiply the capacities for local and foreign tourists.
