Basha in Durrës: Our government will empower women in all aspects!

Democrat leader Lulzim Basha presented today the program of the Democratic Party for women in the city of Durres. He said that the DP has an extraordinary team of ladies. He accused the government of discriminating against women in 8 years, and that his government after April 25 will focus on women's empowerment.
"I am extremely happy to be here, among the ladies. We have an extraordinary team of ladies, who represent Albanian women and their desire for change. We have a team of specialists of national and international caliber. Today we will discuss the effect it will have after April 25, with the unresolved problem of the right place for women in Albania, with the continuous discrimination in these 8 years. Discrimination in the workplace, especially in the public sector, a series of problems for which the DP has worked for months with the best experts in the field to guarantee one of our objectives which is gender equality, an end to discrimination. There is discrimination in every field, in the field of employment, where salaries show that the same or better quality work done by women is paid less in any institution where quotas are symbolically respected and the way of selection or the final result is symbolic or shameful and discrimination as we have seen the Prime Minister with voice and image . Empowerment in all aspects, starting from education, where we will make it possible for no Albanian girl who wants to be educated to miss this opportunity ", declared Basha./lF
